YUMMY! A MUSEUM OF ICE CREAM

May 22, 2017

What fun and what a unique idea – The Museum of Ice Cream! Originally opened in New York City on a seasonal basis, it was an instant success. Others cities will follow and Los Angeles has already had its opening. Currently sold out in LA and closed for the season in NYC, the Museum of Ice Cream has been a huge success and has a tremendous following. “… The Museum of Ice Cream is the place where ideas are transformed into real life experiences. A place where flavors are mysterious, toppings are toys and sprinkles make the world a better place…”.  Well worth a visit, check in with the website for further locations and openings. http://www.museumoficecream.com.   Maybe it will open in your city next.  See you there!

The sky is blue.  The sun is shining. On such a gorgeous San Francisco day it is hard to find a prettier location than Lands End. Located at the westernmost tip of San Francisco, the vistas are amazing. Whether you gaze at the Marin Headlands or back at the Golden Gate Bridge, this is the weather to enjoy such a unique spot. The trail is well groomed and a little over a mile so an easy walk with many view benches along the way. Or just spend some quiet time reflecting on the beauty or watching the ships pass under the mighty Golden Gate. In the mood for culture? Visit the Palace of the Legion of Honor. Beautiful exhibits and a beautiful building. Lands End is a special spot on a sunny day.
